1. Reservations
All reservations at Hotel Marbella are subject to confirmation. At the time of booking, a deposit may be required to secure the room. For any groups, a deposit may be required at check-in. To confirm stays of unaccompanied minors, a written release from the parents will be required and a deposit will be requested upon arrival, refundable upon departure, after checking for any damage in the room.
2. Cancellation Policies
Cancellations are subject to different penalties depending on the period of stay. The same will be communicated at the time of the request; please always book taking these penalties into consideration,

HOTEL RESERVATIONS MADE online THROUGH THE MIRABILANDIA AGENCY MUST ALWAYS BE CONFIRMED OR MODIFIED WITH THEM AND NOT WITH THE HOTEL.
4. Payment Methods
We accept payments by credit card, bank transfer and cash. All transaction details are treated with the utmost confidentiality and security. To issue an invoice, prior communication is required at the time of booking. Otherwise a tax receipt will be issued.
5. Refunds
In the event that a guest is not satisfied with the services offered or there are problems of any kind, it is essential to contact the management immediately so that we can promptly resolve any inconvenience. Any refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Responsibility
Hotel Marbella does not assume responsibility for the loss or theft of personal items left unattended in rooms or common areas. Guests are advised to use the in-room safe for valuables.
7. Pets
Animals are generally not allowed in hotels.
8. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is available from 2.00 pm to midnight, while check-out must be carried out by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
9. Smoking Policies
All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms and internal areas of the hotel.
